anjuta-dbg software package provides GNOME development IDE, for C/C++ - debug files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install anjuta-dbg
anjuta-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the anjuta-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep anjuta-dbg *
You will get with anjuta-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
